Cancellation Policy
BOOKING: To secure your cleaning appointment, a **50% deposit is required at the time of booking**. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. **New clients may be required to pay the full invoice amount upfront** prior to service. Deposits are **non-refundable if the appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance**. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment at management’s discretion. **Invoices are due immediately upon receipt.** Failure to pay the invoice promptly may result in the **forfeiture of the appointment date and time**, and the requested slot may be offered to another client. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or if the condition of the home differs significantly from the original booking details, we reserve the right to **reschedule the appointment or adjust pricing accordingly**. Please ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled service time. **Lockouts, last-minute cancellations, or failure to provide access may result in loss of deposit.** For recurring clients, failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of future services until the account is brought current. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this booking policy. SERVICE: To ensure the best experience for both our team and our clients, please review the following service policies before your appointment: # 1. Condition of Home & Accuracy of Quotes Photos of the home are strongly encouraged before service so we can provide the most accurate quote possible. All quotes are based on the general condition of the home as presented at the time of booking. If we arrive and the condition of the home is significantly worse than described, additional fees may apply, or the deposit may be forfeited. # 2. Home Accessibility The home must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time. If our team is unable to enter the home, we will wait a maximum of 20 minutes if scheduling allows. Failure to provide access may result in forfeiture of the deposit. # 3. Occupancy During Cleaning We recommend that the home be vacant during the cleaning service for efficiency and safety. However, occupancy is permitted. Clients are responsible for informing us in advance who will be present in the home during the appointment.
